Manager - Information System
Plan, direct or coordinate activities of electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Manage backup, security and user help systems. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Assign and review the work of systems and analysts, programmers, and other computer related workers. Stay abreast of advances in technology. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation. Evaluate the organization’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. Control operational budget and expenditures. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors and other to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Salary $ 43.16/hourly.
Require MS/BS in Computer Science/Business Administration/Info Tech/Electronics/Maths or related field with 6 months of experience with MS and 5 years with BS in the job offered. US Tech Solutions, Inc. is an EOE.
Programmer Analyst
Design, analyze and develop programs for both existing and new systems to meet end-user needs; Implement and support hardware and software applications and related services; Create commercial software package; Identify new software for upgrades and conversions using Env: UNIX, Oracle 8i, SAP CRM, MS SQL and DB2.
Require Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field with 6 months of experience in job offered. Travel and Relocation possible
Management Analysts
Analyze & propose methods to improve company’s structure, efficiency & profit. Advise management on issues reg. marketing strategy, annual revenues, employment/expenditure. Gather info to define nature and extent of operational problems; Develop solutions & prepare recommendations. Report findings to management. Help Management formulate available solutions & alternate methods of proceeding. Assist in preparation for implementing system, procedure & organizational change.
Require Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related discipline with 6 months experience in job offered.
Business Analyst
System development, writing business requirements and reviewing business processes; implementation of system software, impact analysis and creation of supporting reports; Develop general systems solution to the problem that may or may not require automation; Gather user requirements techniques and fit/gap analysis methods to determine applicable design solution alternatives and make best practice decisions. Help achieve goals of strategic integrated solutions.

Programmer Analyst

Senior Business Analyst
Develop system, write business requirements and review business processes; Implement system software, impact analysis, create and support reports; Develop general systems solution to the problem that may or may not require automation; Help achieve goals of strategic integrated solutions. Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Business Process Redesign (BPR) with GAP analysis, SWOT analysis and Impact analysis to aid in the calculation of the Critical Success Factor (CSF) of the project. Collect & validate all necessary pricing related data to include the validation of all raw data files.
Require BBA/BS in related field with 5 years of experience and/or MBA/MS in related field with 1 year of experience in the job offered. Travel and Relocation possible.
Senior System Administrator
Install, configure and Support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN); Analyze, design, test and evaluate network systems and Review Internet system; Maintain network hardware and software; Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance; Support network availability; Plan, coordinate and Implement network security measures using Env: Macintosh, IBM PC, Scanner, Laser Printer, CISCO Router, Dreamweaver, Flash, MS Word, MS excel, MS power point, Internet, Pc, AS/400, Win-NT (Server & Workstation).
Bachelor of Science with 5 years of experience and/or Master of Science in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of experience in the job offered. Travel and Relocation possible.
Senior Software Engineer
Develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs; analyze user needs and develop software solutions; design sofware or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency; analyze and design databases with an application area, working individually or coordinating data base development as part of a team using various environments.
Requires MS with 6 months or BS with 5 years of experience in the related field.
